Ashley Washington, Founder and Mentor
I’m a Berlin-based product lead working across gaming, AI, and data strategy. Over the last eight-plus years, I’ve worked across game development, QA, product, and esports—including leading Riot Games' VCT Game Changers EMEA program to support underrepresented talent in competitive play. My path here wasn't a straight line; it started with a Game Design minor at NYU, wrapped through an MBA, and took me deep into the production and data systems that keep games running.I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to step into this industry or figure out how your skills translate. That’s why I offer mentorship to women looking to make the leap into games.
